You can't have Sled Island without Sled Coast - Punchy grapefruit forward IPA

  • Alcohol 6.7%
  • Appearance Bright and clear, pale, and golden. A fluffy white head leaves good lacing.
  • Aroma Riwaka throws grapefruit pith, tropical lime, and bright citrus zest. The Chinook throws pine resin and dankness. Amarillo rounds it out with sweet orange and peachy apricot notes.
  • Flavour Punchy and layered. Grapefruit and lime upfront, mid palate brings piney bitterness, a counterbalance of sweet citrus and stone fruit. Bitterness is assertive but clean and refreshing, like a juicy grapefruit.
  • Mouthfeel Medium bodied, crisp and resinous. Moderate carbonation enhancing the drinkability and helping the hops shine through.
