Your new summer crush. This beauty is a simple kettle sour brewed with pilsner and wheat, fermented on US-05 yeast. Near the end of fermentation, we add piles and piles of Strawberry (260KG), Raspberry (260KG), and Tempranillo Wine Must (200L). The result is a red juicy fruit bomb with the right amount of tartness.
