Hazy Pale Ale brewed with flaked oats and flaked wheat, fermented on London Ale 3, and hopped with New Zealand Motueka hops. Pink Himalayan sea salt was added at the end of the boil to add a refreshing flavour and mouthfeel to the final product. During fermentation, we added loads of guava (10% of total volume) and a Motueka dry hop. Motueka provides tropical flavours with a subtle floral background. The combo of hops, fruit, and salt create an extremely drinkable and refreshing pale ale!
