For our last stout of the season, we pulled out all of the stops to create No Bake, a massive Nanaimo Bar Imperial Stout. We added graham crackers during the mash of the already huge malt bill, we boiled it till sticky, and then came the Nanaimo! We added coconut, cocoa nibs, vanilla beans and lactose during fermentation to create a deliciously sweet and rich stout that packs a serious punch at 8.1%. It is amazing and it won't be around long.
