Next up from Funky Town is another riff on our Table Beer! We took the base beer and aged it with Brett D, then crushed Muscat grapes for a total fermentation process of 6 months. To finish, we added a healthy dry hop of Nelson Sauvin hops to compliment the wine flavours. This Brett Saison is crisp as it comes, has a vibrant stone fruit nose, and finishes with a slight funkiness. It’s the perfect change up when you are looking for something a little weird!
