This beer was done with a Belgian yeast that we allowed to free rise during fermentation.  Fermenting this way allows the yeast characteristics to really shine and the result is a super bright beer with aromas of pear, citrus, and pineapple as well as the trademark Belgian funk. 

We finished the beer by dry hopping with hallertau blanc and an experimental bru-1 hop to add a little more punch but also keep the beer subtle and balanced!  Get on that hop game!
